I declare that I am free from the version of me that was built in survival.
I am not her anymore, the one who had to pretend, please, and perform to be accepted.
I do not owe my past self an apology for outgrowing her. I honor her strength, but I embrace my evolution.
I am free from the masks I wore to feel safe.
Free from the pressure to be everything for everyone.
Free from the idea that I must prove my worth through perfection, productivity, or pain.
I release every identity I adopted to be loved.
I no longer shrink to fit broken systems or stay silent to keep broken peace.
I am not here to perform, I am here to be.
I walk boldly in the freedom Christ paid for.
My freedom is not up for negotiation.
My voice is not up for debate.
My worth is not up for discussion.
I was created for this moment, healed, holy, and whole.
I don’t need permission to be powerful.
I don’t need validation to be valuable.
I don’t need to fit in to be chosen.
I am already free, and I live like it, unapologetically.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
