There are battles that won’t be won by strength or strategy—only by surrender.
Gratitude is that surrender. It’s how I fight now.
Because when I choose thankfulness in the middle of what looks broken, I’m telling every enemy of my peace that I trust God’s plan more than my pain.
Gratitude is not weakness. It’s warfare.
It shifts atmospheres. It disarms darkness. It turns worry into worship.
When I say, “Thank You, Lord,” I’m not ignoring what hurts—I’m inviting Heaven to sit in it with me. Gratitude changes what I see, how I speak, and what I expect next. It takes the sting out of loss and turns it into a lesson. It says, even this will work for my good.
So today, I fight differently.
I lift my hands instead of pointing fingers.
I count blessings instead of burdens.
I use gratitude as my sword.
