Lord,
We lift before You every leader carrying the weight of vision, responsibility, and expectation. Many stand in silence, unseen, yet carrying battles in secret.

Give them courage that does not crack under pressure. Give them clarity that cuts through confusion. Give them strength that surpasses natural limits.

We pray for protection against discouragement, against spiritual warfare, against the fear of failure. Remind them they are not alone.

Let their leadership be fueled by intimacy with You, not performance for others. Let their influence be anchored in Heaven, not swayed by applause or rejection.

Crown them with wisdom. Cloak them with boldness. Cover them with peace. In Your name we pray, Amen.
