You Are Not the Problem, You Are the Strategy
Breaking Free From the Lie That You’re Always to Blame

Dear Sister,
You’ve spent too much of your life assuming that if something goes wrong, it must be your fault. That if someone leaves, it’s because you were too much. If someone mistreats you, it’s because you didn’t do enough. Somewhere along the line, you believed the lie that you are the problem.
But here’s the truth: you are not the problem. You are the strategy.
You were created with intentionality, designed for solutions, and crafted by the hands of a God who never wastes a single detail. You don’t show up and disrupt peace—you show up and expose imbalance. You don’t intimidate people—you just awaken what’s been dormant in them. Your presence is not problematic—it’s prophetic.
You were never meant to blend in. You were born to confront systems, patterns, and people who benefit from your silence. That tension you feel when you walk into the room? That’s not rejection. That’s recognition.
It’s time to stop internalizing other people’s inability to receive your light. Their discomfort does not define your identity. You don’t need to shrink. You don’t need to apologize. You don’t need to constantly explain your heart just to stay connected to people who never cared to understand it in the first place.
You are not hard to love—you’ve just been loving in places that require your wounds to lead, not your worth.
God is reintroducing you to yourself. And this version of you?
She’s bold.
She’s healed.
She’s clear.
And she’s done blaming herself for other people’s brokenness.
📖 Romans 8:37 – “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”
Walk like you’re the strategy, not the mistake. Because you are.
With truth and tenderness,
Dr. Anita
