Dear Sisterfriend,
You’ve been told that movement equals momentum.
That impact requires exhaustion.
That if you’re not doing something, you’re not doing enough.
But that’s not Kingdom.
That’s culture.
Because in the Kingdom…
Stillness is strength.
Rest is warfare.
And you, Queen, are still powerful when you pause.
Matthew 11:28-30 says,
“Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest… you will find rest for your souls.”
This is not weakness—it’s invitation.
God never asked you to carry the whole thing alone.
He asked you to walk with Him, not wear yourself out for Him.
Psalm 23:2-3 reminds us,
“He makes me lie down in green pastures. He restores my soul.”
Sometimes the greatest move you can make is to sit still and be filled.
Your value isn’t found in how much you do.
It’s found in who you are—and who you belong to.
So rest.
Take the nap.
Log off early.
Walk slower.
Stop answering everything.
Let God remind you—you’re not behind. You’re being held.
And from this place of rest, you’ll rise with more clarity, more peace, and more authority.
Because the rested woman?
She hears clearer.
She leads deeper.
And she wins differently.
With sacred pause and peace,
A Rested Woman Still in Power
